The Victoria’s Secret Fashion Show is going to China. Shanghai to be precise. Victoria’s Secret has a
long and untold history with China. In addition to manufacturing most of their garments and
products there, they also began opening stores in China in June. They now have 26 locations
across the country with an additional five locations in making China an increasingly important market
for the American lingerie giant, and not to forget Hong Kong.
The news flew as Victoria’s Secret models Ming Xi, Josephine Skriver, Sui He and Alessandra
Ambrosio are busy touring China with the brand, attending store openings and posting like crazy all
over social media, where they’re helping in the launch of the brand’s first full combination
stores in the area.
They were blotched in Shanghai’s Lippo Plaza at the inogration of the Victoria’s Secret flagship
store and will move on to Chengdu while on the tour, making time to visitlandmarks, all while snapping and making videos the most Instagram worthy photos along the way and hosting meet and greets with fans.
The brand proudly began expanding in China, where they currently have 26
stores that carry their accessories and beauty line — and we’re so excited that they’re opening
full assortment stores.
