Make Little Changes for a Better Sex Life

The main challenges for having a good sex life with your partner are stress and lack of time and energy. But with tiny tweaks, you can have a great sex life. Some are listed below:
Be open about the problems: have an open discussion about the likes and dislikes so that the problems that are preventing you to have good sex life come to the surface. Work on the problems so that they don’t fester and the relationship doesn’t suffer. If you can’t open up, the relationship might not work out. So the onus to make the effort has to be on both of you. Do not play the blame game.
Find time for sex: to come out of the rut, you can specially mark your calendar for your love life. It may be a surprise for your partner or you can consult with your partner so that you both can enjoy the alone time.
Spend time, minus clothes: at first you can experiment and might find it awkward but later you will realize that it will increase the hugs and snuggles with your partner.
Let your partner initiate: if your partner hesitates to initiate, have an open discussion with him/her and encourage your partner to initiate.
Get creative: sometimes due to our stressful life or perpetual travel commitments, there is lack of alone time with our partners. To overcome this problem, have an open discussion with your partner and set aside quality alone time. You both can list out your fantasies and act them out. This will bring back the thrill of a new relationship.
Get aggressive to heighten the passion.
Be an understanding partner: your partner may be embarrassed about his/her body or a technique….Understand his/her point of view and you will realize that with an understanding partner, you can have a fulfilling love life.
