As encouraged by sex editor Gemma Askham, you should always add your sexual desires to your bucket list of travel plans, career aspirations and life goals. A bucket list is a to-do list that covers everything you’d love to accomplish. Sadly, our bucket lists often miss out on sex.

Our sexual hopes and dreams remain forgotten when we create our bucket list. To remedy this shortfall, sexologist Dr Stephen de Wit created the Sex Menu. Read the various ideas, then note down which acts you like and which you hate, and which you’d consider trying. An example of such a bucket list is given below; which you can always modify as per your requirements.
Receiving long, slow, teasing oral sex, and actually relax into it and race to orgasm
Having sex with people watching
Having same-sex sex
Having sex with a complete stranger
Doing it at the an unconventional venue, like a gym or a park
Having a threesome
